We have been toying with the idea of planning a mini-vacation for this coming spring. We're hoping to go somewhere we can easily drive to (8 hours or less), that would be fun for an extended weekend.
We're in the Midwest, so our options are fairly limited, especially since we're trying to avoid Chicago, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities (been there, done that, a million times).
Does anybody have recommendations for a great Midwest getaway? If so, let me know. I'd love your input!

ReplyDeleteAlicia, we were actually considering Michigan! Specifically, Mackinac Island. We've never really "done" Michigan before, so it could be fun!
