Inspiration Friday- Christmas Edition!

Tis' the season for a Christmas inspired Inspiration Friday!

1. Candy Canes

They are one of my most favorite Christmas treats.  I swear, I could eat an entire box of the Hershey's mint chocolate ones in one sitting.

2. Ball Ornaments

I have about ten million of these at my house.  I have so many that they not only end up on my tree, but filling tea cups, hanging from the fireplace mantle, and decorating window sills.  Looking for some fun and unorthodox uses for them?  Check out Dream Book Design, and Say Yes to Hoboken for some super fun ideas.

3.  Hot Chocolate

I feel like this one needs little, if any explanation.  It's pretty much Christmas in a cup.  The end.

4. Reindeer

I've never seen one in real life, but I'm pretty sure I would die if I ever did. They almost seem magical, don't they?

5.  Gingerbread Houses

These can get pretty crazy, but I think I like the simplest ones the best.  The husband and I attempted making them for the first time this year, and I love how they turned out!  I'll be posting pics, and a little tutorial next week, so be sure to check it out!

p.s.  How cute are these mini houses?

What are you up to this weekend, friends?  Tomorrow, mom, sister and I are having a craft day that will be filled with the drinking of eggnog, the watching of classic Christmas movies, and the making of those Anthropologie-inspired snow globes that have been floating around the internet as of late.  Then, the whole family is going out to celebrate my dad's birthday.  I can't wait!

  2. Carrie,

I totally agree! They are two of my most favorite things about Christmas.
