"Ummm Ana? Didn't you do an outfit post yesterday? Do you really think we want to see what you wore two days in a row?" Along with the new blog came the ability for me to read your minds, so I know that's what you all were thinking. But trust me, this really is a craft post.
This shirt lived out its first life as a plain gray boyfriend t-shirt from Target. But last weekend I found myself with nothing to do so, I rummaged through my stuff and found some sequined ribbon. So now, two Lord of the Rings movies later, the shirt has been reincarnated into this...
My camera rebelled against me yesterday. All the pictures of me that didn't look awful turned out really dark. It took about 100 pictures to get this one.

It took about 100 pictures to get this one.I decided not to do a tutorial on this one because it was pretty simple to make, it just took a really long time. The ribbon could be found at any craft store, mine was from Michael's. This is a great way to give a plain old shirt a new life and even those of you who don't sew could do this. If you look closely, you'll see the stitching doesn't look good. But I figured it didn't matter because no one would see it.
For my next craft post, you will see what was created during the last movie.

Ok, since you said that I need to comment on here instead of Facebook I'm doing it. Love, love, love the shirt! You do it on a cardigan too.
