I absolutely love these mood rings from Sweet Nirvana. I don't know (nor do I care) if they really work, but they are so cute.
I also have been wanting a cool moonstone ring (not because of Twilight!). I found one I really liked on Etsy awhile ago, but I forgot to put it in my favorites and I haven't been able to find it again. There are a lot of other cute moonstone rings out there. Here are a few...
